Who is EMBASSY?
We are a team of experts with many years of experience in the field of brands. We pursue an integrative approach from strategy, design and communication to implementation.
What does EMBASSY do?
Since 2002 we have been developing and realising brand strategies, brand design and brand communication for companies, products and institutions.
Next to a multitude of unique projects in different sectors we have gained particular expertise in the development and management of location and touristic destination brands. Together with our clients we work on three brand relevant factors: The identity of the offer, differentiation to competition and the needs of the target groups. The intersection of those three factors is where the unique core of a brand is established.
What are brands to EMBASSY?
Brands generate a definite image (cf. Meffert), whether Tempo, Allianz or Apple; Even generic terms can generate extensive world of imagination. In order to achieve this goal, we support our clients and their brands, no matter whether the image is to be supported by printed, digital or actually constructed means.
How does EMBASSY work?
Usually we start with a phase of analysis of the status quo. We research, ask questions, conduct interviews and moderate workshops. Afterwards we assess the results and discoveries with the project participants to continue working on the base of a synthesis of the outset. The extent and depth of that phase is something we plan in close consultation with our clients.
In the second phase we compile suggestions and solutions for our clients. These can differ greatly in complexity and significance – but they are united in their goal to improve the brand or brands of our customers – be it the strategic direction, design appearance or communicative implementation.
Or everything together.
Once the customer has made a decision we enter the implementation phase. Now we text, document, digitise, program, visualise, construct, calculate, organisie, present, argue, communicate, involve, discuss … depending on which role and tasks we assume in the project. Irrespective of whether the projects are large or small, at the end of the day it is always about the practical benefit of making our clients’ brands tangible, recognisable and valuable.
