Who is EMBASSY?
We are a team of experts with many years of experience in all aspects of branding. We take an integrative approach from strategy, design and communication to implementation.
What does EMBASSY do?
Since 2002 we have been developing and implementing brand strategies, brand design and brand communication for companies, products and institutions. In addition to a large number of different projects in various industries, we have built up particular expertise in the development and management of location and tourist destination brands. Together with our clients we work on three brand-relevant factors: the identity of the offer, the differentiation in competition and the needs of the target groups. It is in the intersection of these three factors that the unique core of a brand can be established.
What do brands mean for EMBASSY?
Brands create an image (vgl. Meffert), be it Tempo, Allianz or Apple; even generic terms can develop extensive imaginative worlds. In order to achieve this goal, we support our clients and their brands, regardless of whether the imagined image is to be supported by print, digital or in reality.
How we work at EMBASSY?
We usually start with a phase of analyzing the status quo. We research, ask questions, conduct interviews and moderate workshops. Subsequently, we evaluate the results and findings with the project members in order to be able to continue working on the basis of a synthesis of the initial situation. We plan the scope and intensity of this phase in close consultation with our clients. In the second phase, we develop proposals and solutions for our customers. These can vary greatly in complexity and scope – but what unites them all is the goal of improving the brand or brands of our clients – be it in strategic orientation, in design appearance or in communicative implementation. Or all of the above. Once the client has made a decision, we move on to the implementation phase. Now we write, design, document, digitalize, program, visualize, construct, calculate, organize, present, argue, communicate, involve, discuss, … depending on which roles and tasks we take on in the project. Regardless of whether the projects are large or small, in the end it is always about the practical benefit of making our clients’ brands tangible, recognizable and valuable.
We make brands practical.
