Expertise

EMBASSY is a team of senior experts in design, branding and communications. Our expertise is rooted in the tradition of Anglo-Saxon brand consultancies and European design companies and their integrative approach of combining strategy, design and implementation.

EMBASSY has proven to boost the relevance of brands for corporations and institutions. Our approach is to consequently take on the perspective of the user and target audience to discover new potential for our clients’ brands. We question policies, we change the way communication works, and we venture to discover new territory. We are preservers and explorers at the same time, because only those who dare to change remain true to themselves.

Branding

Brands are ideas. EMBASSY develops brands along a main creative idea, with images, language and symbols to convey a clear and unique message that can be adapted over time and according to market needs.

Brands are communication platforms. EMBASSY helps brands to increase awareness and familiarity because these are the initial steps to start conversations and to form relationships with target audiences.  

Brands are guides. EMBASSY discovers opportunities for brands to connect with their target audiences at real and virtual locations, at a certain point in time, for a particular situation or while being underway.

Brand Strategy

The strategic direction for a brand allows to shape and manage marketing initiatives effectively. EMBASSY develops innovative brand strategies based on existing research, customized surveys and further analysis of relevant markets, trends, target audiences and competitors.

Brand Design

The visual concept of a brand makes it unique and creates new points of interaction. EMBASSY develops strategy-based design systems and corporate identities and adapts them for all media. EMBASSY understands different communications’ needs and technical requirements.

Brand Communication

Original ideas decide about the success of internal and external communications. They have to work across media, online, in print and in three-dimensional arenas. EMBASSY develops innovative and creative ideas and implements them across different media as well as in campaigns to help our clients strengthen relationships and to reach new target audiences.

Corporate Identity and Design

Design based on sound strategic planning provides great successes for companies and brands. EMBASSY gives brands a face and designs logos, visual imagery and the complete “look & feel” for the print and online domains.

Communication

EMBASSY develops internal and external communication strategies and translates them into concrete measures that will go from corporate communication to the actual point of sale, from the stand at the trade fair to the international campaign roll-out.

Destination Marketing

Included in the reference projects are such advertising campaigns as that for the capital city, “Be Berlin”, the designing of a new trademark for the Latvian capital Riga, the design of a tourist brand image for the Region of Stuttgart and the Relaunch of the umbrella brand Harz. EMBASSY distinguishes itself because of the special competency it exhibits with regard to tourist destination brand projects. This includes the strategic management of the Corporate Design as well as the conception and implementation of communication measures.
