PaketConcierge was founded in 2020 – EMBASSY was there from the beginning.


In times of the e-commerce boom, the Berlin start-up has set itself the goal of simplifying the collection of parcels. The principle is simple: local partners such as cafés or small shops act as parcel shops to which users can have their parcels sent – regardless of the shipping service provider. Annoying neighbourly visits, multiple trips to different service providers such as DHL or Hermes and restrictive opening hours are no longer necessary. Online shopping is once again reliable, fast and uncomplicated. The “Paketshop 2.0” convinces above all with flexibility and simplicity.



PaketConcierge was founded as part of the start-up accelerator Founder Institute and added to the Select portfolio as a special award. EMBASSY advised the founders on branding and created a corporate design that stands out in the visual contest in the pick-up stations. The idea of the logo is to make service and proximity to the customers visible. The icons representing a location and a parcel, in connection with the linking of the two, became the image for the friendly concierge who brings the parcels to the customers in a simple and flexible way.
